For those of us that are reading your stories.

Break your story down into small paragraphs.  Even into paragraphs that are smaller than you might make in a printed article.  I really love reading all your adventures, but it is very difficult to read a story that starts and ends with no breaks at all.

Lots of great stories are here to be told, but please, make it easy on us (at least..me).

Now,  get back to writing !

Yes, this is important.  Reading on a screen is already difficult enough.

ChuckC is right!

It sure helps in allowing the readers to grasp the word picture your trying to convey when their not distracted with trying to interpret the story due to getting lost along the way!

I have always worried that because I use a lot of double spacing that I could possibly cause a problem.

It's good to know that my style might make it easier for someone to read...woohoo!!

Agreed.....also, without trying to seem too nit-picky, try using the spell check in your browser so it will point out misspelled words. I use it myself and it works great. A few misspelled words aren't too bad but sometimes I can't figure out what some of the words are meant to be.

Wannabe.... not break up the story into days, just break up the words into paragraphs.  So it is not one blob of words.

I don't mine typos or spelling errors. We aren't English scholars here but I do hate the endless run on paragraphs. I'm tend to not read them.

YES....big LONG paragraphs are a deterrent for the reader.  That's just the way  it is...on ANY internet forum.

If you want your readers to 'stay with you'...them but breaks in the story script....that way if 'flows' better.
