i just got my cousin into shooting a recurve and he wants to hunt with it this year. so he came to me with a dozen of these shafts in 55/70. he shoots 50 pounds at a 28 inch draw and the arrows are 30" long. could someone help me figure out the spine and everything? im clueless when it comes to carbon arrows. im guessing since there carbon ill probaly foot them with aluminum and add a heavy brass insert. could anyone give me an idea of what size insert and footings ill need? sorry for all the questions and thanks ahead for the help

I shoot them from a 50# bow.....full length, 100 gr brass insert, 125 gr. broadhead. I draw 29" , they shoot great!
