which is the preferred fletch for flu flus? Also, is arrow spine less critical on flu flus? Have some odds and ends shafts I need to use.  Thanks  Scott

They both work great at slowing the arrow down.I took my old 2317 arrows from my dark days and made them into flu flu's.I was shooting 55-59# wood and 2018's out of that bow.The 2317's flew good as a flu flu,way stiffer then I would have shot with regular fletching.

It depends. The straight or helical shoot further and i use those for hunting. Spirals stop very fast and i use those for target shooting.
