Kevin, ...great looking Tip, what woods were used?

Sergio, ...another special looking Tip, I like were it's displayed now :-)

My all time favorite! Bacote and the infamous camo limbs

Here are a few I have owned/own
Antler tips, antler overlay on front of the riser. 58" bow, flat out smokes and arrow. I prefer the 58" over the 60" above and below.

For Stykbowslim and Easykeeper...

The riser wood is fancy piece of shedua with a cocobolo lamination.

The limb veneers are Hawaiian koa.

Shedua , is one of my favorite woods, light and strong!

Limbow, may I ask how long your draw is? I draw my bow to 30" and was curious about the 58"r. Threre are some nice lookin bows floatin around on here.

Thanks for the pics guys, Jason

I agree with you Sergio...I also think it's one of the more under-appreciated woods these days. Finding a really well-figured board seems tough for most bowyers. I've had a few shedua bows and I've always liked that warm tawny gold.

All the bows in this thread are beautiful but that shedua just "Pops" out at me.

Took me a long time to get a Silvertip.........Now that I see the one piece I may have to start the search for one of them also!    :banghead:      And I was trying to thin the bow rack down!   :dunno:
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

Here's three that I owned awhile ago, but sold one of them- now regretfully.

Jason,

My draw is 28" on my best days and 27" on my worst. I prefer the 58" over the 60". It seems to have more zip. I also like the smaller grip Dave does on the 58" bow. Hope this helps.
