I just purchased my son a 35# PSE Heritage Buckeye.  It is brand new and I got it for next to nothing. It does not appear that it can be shot of the shelf very well.  It has a hole for a rest to screw into.  Should I buy a screw in rest or just a stick on kind like the Bear Weather Rest.  He is 10 so I am wanting what will be easiest for him to shoot.  Please let me know what brand of rest would be best.  This is a CHRISTmas present so I am wanting to get it ready to go for him.  I know he will want to shoot it that morning.

You can't go wrong with a Bear Weather Rest; bulletproof and work very well.  That's how I'd go.

Bear weather rests are great , like they said above. But a feather rest is "cooler"   TRAP makes them and they work .

Agree, Bear weather rest. It's foolproof.
