early bowhunting movie

I was wondering if anyone remembers/knows the name of a bowhunting movie that was released in theaters back in the mid 60's. It featured an (I believe) Alaskan bowhunter that chased just about everything under the Alaskan skies, including beluga whale. If you know the name of the hunter, that would be great also.

I was pretty young when it came out and cannot remember for certain. I am aware of Laha's movie but I believe it somebody else in the movie I am thinking of. It seems to stick in my mind that the movie had a one word title.

Jay Massey showed a film at the Great Lakes gathering in the late 80's. The gentleman shot a recurve and was sn awesome shooter!
If I remember he owned a carpet business in Alaska. The film was done threw out a hunting season where he took many different animals, and finished with a whale along the coast! Great film!

Sorry don't remember his name. I Asked about him a few years back, on the history/ collecting section.

OK, the archer's name was John Jordan, but I still can't find the name of the movie!

Thought I would bring this to the top to see if anyone might have remembered the name of the movie.
