It will be a few years before I could swing attending this shoot. I have wanted to attend it ever since I first heard about it though.

I think so much more could be learned about shooting if more shoots were designated Broadhead shoots.

I haven't seen a broadhead shoot in this area for 25 yrs.

As hunting season approaches, some of the 3-D clubs out here will set up 3 courses of about 12-15 targets with one of the courses being designated for broadheads.  

Broadhead shoots can play havoc on targets as well as participants if they are not careful.  That's primarily why clubs shy away from this type event.

I have been to many of the safaris and love the low key approach the attendees have.  Agree with target deterioration from broadheads.  Do not recall seeing or hearing of any injuries as competitors do not sharpen for just that reason..  It is just plain fun

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42

Great shoot, great area to do the shoot, and fun time with great folks.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

I guess if we run into the bear that is making these tracks, we oughta just get off the trail.......He seems to like it!
