I got Krypton! Yes it was 15yrs ago. I was using my spear that day, he was chasing a bear and ran right by me. I hit him good with my poison tipped spear. He simply got up and continued running the bear, I got in my truck and was able to hit him as he and the bear crossed the road. $5K body damage to truck, you guessed it he didn't die. He ran on and I found the bear dead. Gored badly. Next, I tracked him to a lake and he was smimming accross, I saw a canoe on the shore and caught up with him, jumped on his back holding on to his antlers. Got to shore, I was able to wrestle him to the ground due to his condition. He simply died. I felt bad it was not a very clean harvest. I left to get the truck, came back and the only thing I found at the spot was his hide and antlers. Threw the antlers in the lake out of respect for such a critter, didn't feel right keeping them.

great story, but to short, you might have to go back into your memory and kick in some addendum details.

Thanks ,  please share other stories, you are a natural story teller.

Would be a bad story with him getting killed by a hunter. . . .

We've all known a buck with a little Krypton in him - how did he survive that "perfect" shot?   :D
