Attaching limbs to recurve

Hello to All,
I have a simple question: how tight do you go when attaching your limbs to a takedown recurve.
I do it 'snug' - whatever that means. Obviously, too much is too much and not enought is the same.
Thoughts/comments appreciated.

I spin until the screw binds. Can't say the foot pounds. Like you said, snug.

Yeah, don't get to carried away. I got a friend that tightens to much and it will crack the fiberglass where the bolts go through.
