Very cool. I was just in Kauai in April. No hunting though as I was in relaxation mode. Great story. Thanks for taking the time to share with us.

I've been putting off reading this one until I could take the time to savor and enjoy it all.  What a great trip!  Don't know if I will ever make it happen, but sure would love to do that someday.  It has to be one of the most beautiful spots in the entire world!

Dan, great looking coffee cup you had there on page one!  We could sure use a story for the PBS magazine, especially with your fantastic photo support.
