Help with the No Mercey

Guys I am having an incredibly hard time trying to sharpen these broadheads.  For starters they have a big bump of metal out towards the tip that took forever to get rid of.  I have no problems sharpening a 2 blade broadhead so do I do it like that but just one side.  I need to get home so I can try my Crock Stix because the Lansky thing aint workin at all.
