Im currently making up 2 doz surewood test shafts with point weights from 125 to 200gr,,,  I was wondering if its was worth it to up the spine weights some more and keep going up in point weight,  so im curious if anyone here shoots 200grs and up to 300+ points on wood arrows.

I've used 190 grains a lot and I have two friends that use 250 and 300 grains. Of course you need to adjust/increase the spine accordingly.

I've used 190 gr. glue-on field points a good bit but nothing heavier. 35 grains point weight for 5 lb. spine range changes has worked for me..
