IF you are an American citizen living in the USA you MUST register with your USA STATE location of residence.  I.E. - if you live in the state of Florida, list just that state as you location of residence. 

IF you are not an American citizen, just list your COUNTRY of residence.

NO OTHER SPECIFIC LOCATION DATA IS REQUIRED OR ALLOWED.
