I have an old 1969 Bear Grizzly, with a "B" stamped in the riser...??
I have seen and heard of other Bear recurves that also have this. Anyone know what this stands for? :dunno:
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!

There is a fine line between Hunting, & Sitting there looking Stupid...

I have had older bear recurve marked with a variety of letters. "S" "X" "B" are some. I believe these markings were to identify the bow as a factory second due to some minor flaw. Usually in the glass. It meant that it was sold as is and no warranty and could not be returned to the dealer.
