Ok guys, made some progress this morning, because I'm off work today And for next two weeks.

Glued on tip overlays, same as everywhere on the bow, white black white g10, then strip of bocote and wenge. I used CA for this

same on the belly side of riser

Tips rougly shaped

Sight window cut and riser rougly shaped

Got it braced and I just had to shoot one arrow. Shoots smooth and quiet. I think that braced profile looks good. I might tweak it a little later on.

Ok here it is, after 10 minutes od wrestling with it, I heard the two alignment pins snap and it came apart.

it took a lot more force than I thought.

Looks good. The other tip I forgot to mention is using a computhane dead blow hammer and hitting the wrap supported on your table top a couple of good blows. This will make the fiberglass move a little and helps get things moving better.

I clamp a "C" clamp(padded) to the bottom limb riser and give it a tap with a dead blow hammer

On stubborn ones that won't come apart, I have used a heat gun to heat it up good and it will release. Chad
