The wife of one of the guys I work with has lupus that has attacked her liver. She's been waiting for years for a transplant and time is running out for her. Today the thought came to me that I needed to ask him if he wanted me to add her to our prayer group and what he wanted us to pray for. This kept coming to me each time stronger than the previous. I'm not much of a talker so had all kinds of excuses but each time there immediately came an answer. So I went in and talked to him and used the answers that had come to me. His answer was a liver transplant. So that's what I want to pray for. But I'd like to add that she'd be healed of the lupus and a miraculus healing of her liver too if that's what God wants. Just feel that this is going to be good because of how clear and strong the urge was.
But his bow will remain steady, and his hands will be skillful; because of the hands of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel,  (Genesis 49:24 [NETfree])

ARCHER2

Hey Brother,
Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this prayer chain. You are right, GOD is totally awesome, and all we have to do is pray his will be done in this ladies life. Prayers will be lifted up for her and her family.
                          GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Benbow,

I will pray for your friends wife.  I really believe there is POWER in prayer.  God can and does perform miracles every day, we just don't always notice them.  God has a plan for us all, sometimes it might not be the plan we want, but he knows what is best! I will pray for a miracle!

Lord in your Mercy: Help this woman to find peace adn trust abiding in you and Your Will. May she, according to your will, be totally cured of this ugly disease and returned to health in ways that she knows it is by YOUR hand, Oh, Lord. Amen.

My beautiful mother died of complications from Lupus at age 44.  It's been almost 20 years and I still miss her every day.

I pray that the Lord will comfort and guide her and her family through this difficult time.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, with bible in hand and loudly proclaim...WOW...What a Ride!!!
