Nice photo, two4. Once my Misty Dawn shows up, I'll need to do something with it and one of our awesome sunsets.

Bud, I would try turning BH vertical. Most say it doesn't matter how you mount them, but iv' always had better flight mounting them vertical.

Thank you. Gonna give several things a try but wanted input from y'all first.  Easiest thing first is cock feather in. I won't have time to do it for a few days. Turning the BHs vertical is second easiest. That'll be next. I hate moving nocking points and brace. Seems things can go to Hades in a handbag real quick when I start that mess.

Anymore input?

Hey Greg, great shot.  Is that a LaClair Lil' Shaver on your quiver?  How do you like that knife?  Looks like a nice design.

Awesome photos guys.  I gotta get some up soon.  Girlfriend got me a cool bow rack for Christmas.  Keep 'em coming.

Why yes it is a LaClair knife.  A fellow TGr and Hill Shooter named Mike Mongelli gave that to my newborn son for Christmas.  He had Ron sign the back of the sheath and put his birthdate on it.  Mike wanted me to hunt with it until Garrett was old enough for his first knife.  I thought I would take it out on one hunt with me for luck and a few pics but I do not want to ruin the signature.  All I can say is the knife is quality! Just the right size for whitetail and fits the hand nicely.

what kind of pros and cons come with 23/64" shafts? are the tougher then 11/32"? will mounting points and nocks be an issue? i'm new to wood.....

I shoot both, and don't notice any difference or problems.

Wow guys! My Schulz American Longbow arrived today and boy does it shoot for me. I'm amazed by how tiny the tips are too - amazing craftsmanship.

This one is going to be a regular in the rotation, I can see it already....

Great pics guys! as well as some great looking bow/quiver combos. As long as were doing pics, i figure theres always gotta be at least one ugly girl in the bunch, so here she is. Shes old, wide in the middle, she kicks a bit, and aint a whole lot to look at but she is absolutely 70"s of pointable joy to shoot.

Moleman, did you ever figure out who built that bow? Looks a bit like a Dave Johnson.
