Your shootin' bud's got a nice new stick and some authentic style HH leather as well there Jeff.  I'm sure you had absolutely no influence in his decisions.     :archer:

Chris, the Tembo's are tough to beat, great lookers and great shooters. Congrats on a fine bow!
What are the specs?

Brianlocal3

Very very nice. I had a tembo for a short while and I did enjoy it, but with the boo core I sent it on its way. Good looking set up

Thanks for the pics Jeff.....hopefully next year I can make the Chester shoot.  Your alignment looks great....and that stump paid the price for it.  Lol.

After a few days of rain here, today turned out gorgeous. Sunny and in the 50's,perfect shootin' weather. So I did what Mudd would do,grabbed an arm load of bows and headed for my target.Had a blast. Here's a pic of the ones that got shot today. 52-73# at my draw. 64-68",dacron,padded loop skinny FF and endless loop FF strings. I saw another post about handshock from Hill bows. I have a couple that buzz a little after the shot with dacron.Switch them to a FF string and nothing. I really like the padded loop skinny strings.

Thanks David and yes,I have one of those...

 :p    ;)    :D
I wouldn't get rid of any of the bows in that picture, they're all really nice shooters. If I had to keep only one though,it would probably be the bow on the top in the picture. It's my "BamYew" 66" 63# at my draw. The grip just fits me perfectly,so I love to shoot that bow.

Goshawkin

Hey David,Here's a better pic of "BamYew",on the right. That bow in the middle is a good shooter too,but you already know that.  ;)

Thanks for sharing the pics Nick. Blackwood should have a big old gobbler to it's credit, but I shot a couple inches too high. He and a younger Tom hung around till about the middle of our first week of the season, and then left the area after breading the few hens that were here. Haven't seen or heard a gobbler within my area since. Missed him first day and that was that, never got close to him again. He split the seen by the third day. That Tom had the biggest head Iv' ever seen and a 11 or 12 in. beard. All the birds are on the next hill range accross the valley. Worst year Iv' had in 10 yrs. Anyway, thanks for sharing the nice collection.Love them Hill's!

Nick, I meant to ask you how you like your 64" bow. I'm toying with the Idea of getting a lighter weight Hill bow and 64 incher might be the ticket with my 25 3/4 in. draw. What do you think?   :dunno:
