I have shot dozens of times with my 160's so far, and am very impressed. They shoot perfectly in line with my bareshafts and touch up great...  My setup is Zipper Extreme, 60'' 52@28  Beeman MFX 500, 29.75'' 50 gr. insert, footed with 2'' of 2016.. Grizzly 160 right wing... weighing in at 597 grains... Chronographed in my shop today at 189 fps.

Holy smokes!! A 52lb bow shooting a 600 gr arrow at 189fps...    :scared:    WOW!

they are smoking limbs...... I had to re check myself and took the chronograph out of our indoor range (which has poor lighting and can affect reading some) and shot outside with better light today. The same setup was more consistent at 177-182 fps. Still great in my book.

Whew... thats more like it, still Great performance though.

My chrono is the same way, it has to be out in the sun or it doesn't read right, even being in the shade throws it off.

What chrono are you guys running? I run a pact pro xp with the IR screens and it rocks. I've never had any issues with it regardless of weather conditions.

I did it off here but also figured I owed an open apology as well for my post about not getting the right heads. I see where it could viewed as negative and I'm truly sorry for that. I really should have waited until this week to get ahold of them and not put it up in the open like I did. Sincerely, Brad Arnett.
Dont give it another thought, Brad!

Will someone have the new grizzlies available for purchase in 160 and kodiaks in 170 and 200 at ETAR?

I mounted up a dozen Grizzlies this weekend and they spun up true relatively easily on my steel adaptors and CE Heritage shafts.  I touched up the edges with my KME knife sharpener quickly.  Just enough sharpening to satisfy my "sharpening urges".  I'm not impressed with the paint job on them but that's not a big deal.  I agree that teflon coating may be the way to go and certainly would be willing to pay a slight upcharge for it.  I was able to test shoot a couple Sunday afternoon and they flew perfectly out to 30 yards with my 59# longbow.  Excellent broadhead at a reasonable price.  I really appreciate Zipper for saving and improving on the design and construction of one of the best broadheads ever made.
