I've got an old Bear Grizzly (71). The limbs are not the prettiest things you've ever seen.  The finish is not great looking, but is physically sound and shoots good.  I was thinking about putting some sort of decal on the limbs, either wood or snakeskin.  Onestringer has quite a few options.  Does anybody have any pics of them actually on their bows?   Are they hard to remove if needed and does it leave a residue.  They're pretty cheap and wanted to get the bow looking better.  Wood or Snakeskin? Which would look better?

Here is one of my long bows with some Onestringer copperhead snake skins.  They are pretty easy to apply, and they peel right off if you use a hair dryer to apply heat as you take them off.  Good stuff.

Thanks ronp,  Just what I wanted to know.  Might have to try the copperheads.

Take your time when you apply them. Follow the direction and they will serve you well. Not too hard to take off, but will require some time. You can customize your "skins" too by having your name, intials, handle, etc putinto the design. Wood or Skins? YES!  ;)
Advice from The Buck:"Only little girls shoot spikers!"

they are very durable, i pulled a pair off of one of my bows and then let them hang for awhile to shrink back to normal size and put them on another bow, the vinal is kinda stretchy.
i been thinkin of gettin me a new set too.

I decided to go with the Timber Rattler/Canebreak Decals since we have quite a few down in the south.  Got them in the mail today and stuck them on.  Pretty easy installation, just follow the directions. Thanks Onestringer! The pics show a little purple tint to them, but not in person. Must have been the lighting. Look just like a real snake.

I doubt they make a bow shoot better.  I compare limbsations to lingerie.....it adds a little spice and comes off easy.
Sights, SIGHTS, we don't need no stinkin sights!!!!!
