Whoo hoo! No pain this morning! Seems that stretching and laying off the bow helped. Feeling so good I may have to go out and throw a couple arrows... The last couple days killed me...

Take to aspirin and post us in the morning -No pain- No gain.Icy hot and defiantly stretch before shooting and shoot every other day.And stretch that shoulder periodically throughout the day so it doesn't stiffen up. Oh to be young again!
Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have ever made a
difference in the world, but the Marines don't have that problem.

Did some shooting today and no pain. Felt great, and I shot my best group yet.

Shooting a bow is an activity that stresses a lot of small muscles and tendons in our shoulders and they need time to recover.

We all probably practice too much because it's so darn fun.

Once we get our form down, less shots with better concentration is probably better practice. It only takes one shot to kill a deer.
