public land hunting in se kansas

i had access to hunt  on private ground near sedan ks in november but it fell through last minute.i'm looking for input on some of the public areas in units 11 and 12 in se kansas.fall river and toronto in greenwood co. marais des cygnes in linn co are a couple i started looking at.any opinions or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.thanks,john

There are a few WIHAs down there, but not as many as in other areas of the state.
