German Wirehaired Pointer my other true obsession is bird hunting with my kennel of dogs on my ranch in MT.
Luck has nothing to do with it, just Boot leather and a GWP.

Thats very inspirational building and shooting. Have made one unbacked hickery bow so far and am trying to learn to shoot it. The stone points are so sweet. I would really like to be able to accomplish something like that someday. Thanks for posting!

Just so there is no confusion, I have not taken anything but small game with stone points yet, but this year I think I have done enough practicing mounting and shooting them that I am going to use them during the upcoming season.  I am pretty excited about them.  Also I spoke with a friend of mine Doug Borland last night on the phone and he gave me a contact about hunting in Hawaii, going over in Feb.  Does anybody else have any info or advice about hunting there, thanks for any info in advance, I don't want any specifics on area or honey holes just some info in what is at store for me when I get there.

Great looking bows, and those were some good looking arrowheads too!
