Are there any set rules when it comes to TD wedges? thickness, length, etc???
Thanks

NO. The only rule would be that they need to do the job they are intended for. work proper as the fade out and hold the limb to the handle.

Don't think so....

IMHO :

Plenty stiff where it bolts on to riser, flat where it bolts, long enough to have good fades, make it what will work best on your bow.

I'm sure you know, but Binghams is 3/8" thick (.375")and 8 1/4" and 10 1/4" in length with a 2 1/2"( I think) flat spot to bolt to. Strait taper to end of fade.
Stay sharp, Kenny.
