My Fl. Hunt - Hog and armadillos
« on: May 17, 2004, 07:51:00 PM »
Finally getting around to getting these posted here. The hog was taken at 17yds.(spine shot) from a treestand.I was using my old reliable 56",63# Kwyk Styk, home made taper cedar arrows and 160gr. Snuffers. All that saw the hog agreed it was over 400lbs.

two of these armadillos were taken with a judo pt.,and the other was taken with a Snuffer. All traveled less than 15yds.

If you wanna guage....click my Highlight below this one, and size up Curt's against my little 80#er.

The only reason mine made the highlights, was cause it was shot with another Trad Ganger's arrow, and a few pages were used from a few others hunting manuals.  :D

I've been fortunate the last couple of years to see some 250#ers, but haven't gotten to drop the string on one yet.....but I have yet to see one THAT big.....WOW is all I can say.
