« on: June 29, 2013, 02:02:00 PM »
The TGMM Vermonster/Mad Dog Bow give away program will be drawing for 2 Deserving Kids to receive a bow.

How it works:

1. Post up the kid and their name/age.

2.  2 Kids will be picked to receive a new bow.

3. If you win, you MUST  post pictures on Pow wow with the kid and their new bow.

4. when the Kid out Grows the bow, you  MUST  pass it along for another deserving youth.

since it is a Holiday week, we will pick the names next Sunday.

Who has a most deserving kid???
Relax,

You'll live longer!

Longbows, you see, do not make mistakes…there is no tuning to distract attention from the task at hand or provide excuses when arrows wind up in places we did not ask them to visit.

My son (Jesse) is 13 and told me yesterday that he wanted to try traditional archery...  Compounds are not satisfying him....

Thanks,

Meredyth is 5 and loves pulling arrows from my targets and going "hunting" with me.  She's had toy bows for a few years and I told her I was getting her a bow and asked which of my bows she liked better, the bear grizzly or hoyt maxima, she picked the bear.  The kid is smart!
