Title: Great Northern Bow Quiver - Shout Out
Post by: John146 on December 12, 2015, 09:34:00 PM
I was slipping some new Gold Tip arrows into my Great Northern Bow Quiver and it hit me how reliable and functional this quiver has been for I believe 20 years. I know I bought my Bob Lee bow in 1994 and it wasn't long after that I bought this quiver. I have never had this quiver do anything but exactly what it was designed to do.

Kudos to the guys at Great Northern for a superior product that really epitomizes the term value.    :clapper:    :clapper:

The only flaw they ever had for me was I like my arrows angled back towards me. With the introduction of the Kick Back version Bob has made them 100% perfection.

thats easy to fix on a GN , if you have a the strap model just flip the rubber on the bottom section so when you mount the quiver the metal bar goes on the back of the top limb and the bottom bar goes on the belly side of the bottom limb,,, you can even use wider spacers under the rubber seat to kick it back even more before wrapping the  strap.

I'm sure the kickbacks idea came from everyone doing this because we where doing this to GNs 20yrs ago I'm surprised we don't hear about it more.
