A friend of mine lost his bow last week. Ate lunch and drove away leaving the whole kit leaning on a tree in a public land lot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here's his description:
Darton Recurve bow walnut burl riser light ash limbs with dark green fiberglass over extior. 40# draw weight, 2116 aluminum arrows with wood grain finish two yellow feathers and a chartreuse cock feather. 3 double-edged broadheads + 3 double edge broadheads with bleeders, custom leather brown hill style back quiver and a pair of camouflage fingers
A gift from my parents when I was 16
Left sitting by my car and drove away by Horseshoe Lake

Too bad. I once found a bow at roadside near a large archery festival and posted here. Unfortunately there were no takers.
Yes he is upset
Try a post in your local craig's list in lost & found, and keep an eye open for it to come up for sale on Craigs list.... a lot of bows have been found that way.
Headed up to our cabin in Indian River tomorrow for 8 days. I'll keep my eyes/ears open.
Tell him keep praying. I just got a bow back after two months of me losing it off the roof of my car.
I live 25 miles south of that location. I will keep a look out.
My camp is just north of that area, heading up there shortly. I'll ask around.
Thanks all! It's a recurve
