Recently I have acquired a new to me Silvertip. The limbs came with it are a touch lighter than I am use to shooting. I plan on having Dave and Beth build me a set of 65# limbs for the riser. I really enjoy the history and look of the woodland camo limbs Paul used. With Dave and Beth being out of the camo material I am wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction to hopefully find some brown woodland camo material to have by limbs built from. I would like to see some pitures of silvertips or any other bow with camo cloth under glass if you have them.
Eric
I had talk with Dave about this and he informed me that the material is a mosquito type mesh netting. It is incredibly hard to find the only stuff that I could come across was the green version of the original brown that you see on the camo limbs. Hope this helps.

Heres my 52#er, "MightyFine" or "MF" for short. (http://i122.photobucket.com/albums/o244/2crazyboys_photos/IMG_2911.jpg) (http://s122.photobucket.com/user/2crazyboys_photos/media/IMG_2911.jpg.html)

Tell me about it, Im not a fan of camo for hunting but these limbs call to me for some reason. Must be Pauls lore that makes them so appealing to so many.
If anyone can tell me also,I would love to get that camo and have a set of limbs made thanks Tom troutman81158@yahoo.com or 585-350-9722. Tried to find the netting too,no luck.Think Dave has treebark and advantage still.
I looked for a long time online and was never able to find anything like it either. I'm fortunate to have an Original Silvertip with woodland camo limbs. I'm sure there is some of that material out there out there, a person just has to get lucky.
Another lucky owner here in left.
I assume posting links to other sites is frowned upon, so I won't. However, go to the big auction site and search for "WWII Era USMC Camouflage Mosquito Netting Insect Bar for Shelter Half - RARE".
This might be close to what you're after?
I have some of this netting. The fabric is identical but the pattern is a little different.I have one of Dave's bows here with the camo limbs to compare.

Have you considered snake skins?
No better camo than mother nature's
Here are a couple of camo limb jobs. One even has a little snake on it ;)

That woodland camo is fantastic, I think the next bow I get will have to have that on it. Any idea's where to get some? Doesn't necessarily have to be the same pattern
I wish I knew a good source. It is just cool.
These limbs drive me wild. I want a set soooo bad.
I just picked up my first Silvertip yesterday from the post office and it shoots amazing. (Thanks again Ray!) I'm digging the 58" bow but am getting used to a lighter draw weight
Dave used my Sitka elevated to do my limbs, and they look awesome. I'll have to figure how to post them.
Yeah buddy! I would like to see those limbs.
Hey Rope , how the heck are you doing???? I'll email you a pic of the Bear i passed on this year!!
I'd love to see the styka limbs they sound sharp looking
