I shoot a RH 62"-#55 Navajo LB @ 28"..need a wood spine in a medium ash or PHC,125 points ,4" fletch for 3-D ,what would be a starting point ? Thanks Dave

Assuming you want a 29" arrow to draw to 28", a starting point would be 55-60#. If you draw shorter or longer, this would change.
