VERY durable arrows. I am shooting a 55 @30  Lynx 31 inch arrow with 75 grain insert and 150 grain head in the 400's. Bill

I like Center shots as well. They are a little lighter than GT Trads and not as strong. GT are very strong. If you are pulling 49lbs you will not need 340's for sure. Cutting 400's down to 29.5 could leave you a little stiff but in the ball park. At least that is how things worked out for me with those arrows and draw weight combinations.

I'm sorry I strongly disagree. I have shot GT for years and I find Centershots WAY more durable. Bill

I have 8 centershot shafts that I bought last year sitting in an arrow box somewhere in my basement. Im waiting to fetch and tune them until after i use up my current arrows. I don't know how much longer I can wait. I can tell you they are a nice looking arrow. I also like the smaller diameter without needing a hidden insert.

340's will be too stiff.  400's will work but don't cut them to length right away....work your way down as needed..

I have been shooting them since the day they hit the market. Best arrow I have ever shot in regards to consistency and durability. I shoot the Center Shot .500's from my #50 longbows. I cut my arrows 29" BOP with the 50 grain brass insert and 175 grain field points/broadheads. With feathers, nock and a wrap I get 500 grains from this combination.

I have been shooting them since they came out as well. I really like them a lot.
I'm shooting a full length .400 spine with the 75 grain insert with a 175 VPA 3 blade 51lbs
I also shoot them on a 55lb bow 30.5 with 50 grain insert and 175 3 blade VPA
