Title: Thanks South Cox!
Post by: Mike Harris on October 02, 2015, 12:37:00 PM
Got a call from the wife Wednesday evening that a box had arrived from South Cox at Stalker Stickbows. Well when I got home and opened the box all I could say was WOW! This bow is beautiful and shoots where you point it. I love the way South makes the Grip and Shelf on his bows and as you can see the workmanship is outstanding. What a functional work of art! The woods are Bocote and Cocobolo, the subdued accents turned out just as I'd hoped. Matched with a Kanati Dual Arc Quiver makes a nice combination. Now if it will just stop raining long enough in Eastern North Carolina I'll be able to find out what arrow it really likes.

Looks like you dodged the Joaquin bullet Mike. I know you're getting a lot of rain though. I have a Stalker Wolverine FXT so I'm fairly certain you're going to love your Coyote. Hear some good things about it. Waiting to break my Wolverine in properly. No luck yet but I know it's going to happen.

Thanks Ryan! It must be easier to build quivers than post pictures. Highlow let's hope Joaquin turns out to sea like they are saying. Stay safe in New Jersey!

That is a beautiful bow. If it shoots half as well as it looks, you should be very happy. A quick story. Had a chance to pick up an almost brand new Schleyer Classic at my draw weight this past summer at ETAR. Was asking only $500. Had just bought a Palmer Classic a couple of days prior so talked myself out of getting the Schleyer. Kick myself every day for that decision. Only $500. It was a steal. One of my many dumb decisions.

I will tell you he not only makes one heck of a bow and a good looking bow at that. He also has some of the best customer service I have ever had. I ordered a new Wolverine the other day I hope it looks as nice as this bow here.

Great bow Mike I hope its a shooter for you
