Aloha Gang,
My friends have contacted me and mentioned that a few guys on Trad Gang were checking up to see how things were going. Things have finally settled down this weekend which has given me an opportunity to reconnect.
It's been a crazy few months to say the least. My son just returned from the hospital. He spent a few weeks battling HUS. With the support of great doctors, family and friends, he was able to recover and is now home in good spirits.
For those that were asking about my social media accounts. Yes, it's true that I closed them all. I'm no longer on facebook, instagram, youtube, techtune blog, etc. With a new job, I've been way too busy. I may start something in the near future, but for now the focus is on my new position at work.
While I was away, I also had a few inquiries about "Instinct", a traditional bowhunting DVD that was filmed here in Hawaii. I dug up a couple old copies and would be willing to do a pass around.
Thank you to those who were concerned. Things are now going well and I'll be sure to remain in touch through Trad Gang.

Great News Ryan, I had no idea you had a son or that he was ill, but I am happy to hear he is doing better and you are able to resume life.

If I don't make it to Hawaii in time ( before you head to Colorado ) we'll just have to meet there!
I spend a few weeks there each fall chasing elk and taking in the beauty.
My wife asked me on the way home this year which weeks I was thinking for next year, meaning first two weeks ( as we did this year) or the last two weeks which we normally do.
I said yes meaning all four weeks next year........... Can't wait!
Only 48 weeks to go!
Glad to hear that you and your family are ok. We all miss your input - fully understand when you have to step away for awhile!
