Hello,
I just recently purchased a used bear patriot. I plan to use it primarily for whitetail hunting. It's 55lbs at 28 and I draw to 29. I was wondering what arrows and broadhead combo you all would recommend. I perfer longer/uncut arrows if possible.
Thanks,
Jeremy
This Stu Miller/3Rivers Archery spine calculator will keep you busy for hours playing with different arrow spines, insert weight, and point weight. It's not the Gospel, but it's close enough to get you in the ballpark where a little fine tuning is all you should have to do.

Wow, I don't know half of this stuff.
Guess I have a bit to look up.
The Patriot is a hard shooting bow but it has a very shallow arrow shelf. You will need much less arrow spine than you'd initially think for optimal arrow tune.
If using the spine calculator, be sure to get the shelf cut info in correctly or you will end up way overspined.
Are you brand new to trad archery? If so go crazy on this site there's a ton of information from some guys I'd call experts. Welcome!
Welcome Jeremy, where in MO are ya?
If your bow is not cut to center then under spine arrows should work. Try 5560 or even 5055.
I would try Easton aluminum 2018 or 2117 for full length.
5575 carbon shaft or a 400 spine should work at full length.
30.5" 3555 GT Trads with 100gr brass insert. 5" fletch. Start with 125gr points and go up from there to tune.
or
50gr brass insert and start at 145gr points and go up from there.
