I've been wanting to put myself on the list for a Centaur. Only thing holding me back is I'd prefer to shoot one first if possible. Is there anyone out there close enough to northeast Alabama that has one and would be willing to let me come shoot theirs?
Even if you don't get to shoot one unless you just hate a really light mass weight bow there is nothing to dislike about them..grips made to fit your hand, very fast, easy to point.. I have the triple carbon and the only thing I didn't like about it was the ping noise the carbon limbs made at the shot, a set of limb savers and its as quiet as any D style longbow now..
Probably in the top 5 best longbows out there among high performance or any bows..
Jim will send you a bow to shoot. You just pay for the bow he send it to you and when you send it back you'll get a refund.
But they are awesome bows and if you like hybrid longbows you'll love a centaur.
And don't overlook the all glass model!
