Opening day NJ was Saturday. Rained buckets all day! Went for a little walk this morning and, ooops, did I wake you?

Send a little of that rain my way. The forest is way too dry and noisy right now.
Ohhh, I see her.

I don't, but I'll believe you if you say she is there.
Good luck to you the rest of the way out!

Isn't it amazing how well they blend in? Makes me wonder how many deer I've walked by over the years.

Yup! They got good camo.
At least got this shot at her. Catch and release.
She's hard to spot but that one ear is glowing.
She was a lot easier to see in real life. 10-12 yards.
I had to look forever, but I found her. Haha. Good eyes.
Think I spotted her. Just to the right of the middle tree? The morning hunt was dry in Jersey. Was bummed that I had to attend a wedding in the afternoon but didn't feel so bad with all the rain. Probably wouldn't have gone out. This morning was much better. A bachelor group of four racks were spotted near my stand. Game on. Good luck Jerry.
No rain here, but no deer either, so we are tied. Enjoy the rest of your season!
Good looking Doe, However, she looks quite uncomfortable, probably because she is contorted looking at the camera man.
Good luck Jerry and Dave. we have a few more weeks yet.
She's got her good eye on you.
