I tuned my bow and arrows with 145 grain tips. there are more options for broad heads at 150 gr. will there be a difference in flight with 5 gr?
You'll be fine, After you sharpen them, They be closer to 145.

I'll add to this and say. Most guys have tested. Including myself. You would be pretty safe 15-20 gr on either side of the 145
so worries about changing the spine of the arrow? should I go with 2 blade? 48 lbs recurve
Stop worrying and start imagining the shot. The difference you're worrying over is a fraction of the difference that results from imperceptible changes in draw length.
I am really excited for you and looking forward to your pics and story of your trad deer this fall . You have put in the hours, asked the questions, been willing to learn. Aim small , focus on your spot and soft release. Then the real work, and for me the best part, begins.
Nope leave it be! Shoot it of course to check. But you should be right on!!
thank you. I just want to have fun and be ethical. I'm looking at those 2 blade Magnus stingers 150gr. any thoughts?

I did! that's what got me looking at them.
Go with the 4 blade Stinger. Those little bleeders won't affect penetration at all.
