Anyone weigh their Eskilites (screw in) to see if they weigh 135 grains or if they are slightly heavier? Debating between those and the 140 grain Magnus screw in. Magnus told me their are actually closer to 145 so that after sharpening they weigh about 140.
I don't have an Eskalite out of the package to weigh, but usually Zwickey heads are a little heavy and will still make proper weight after sharpening.
In a well tuned trad set up you will be hard pressed to tell any difference in a 25 grain spread, so I wouldn't get too concerned over a few grains one way or the other.
I have three esklites with the the factory insert and they weigh between 133 to 135. They have been sharpened a couple times.
Heavier. I have both the factory inserts and aftermarkets. With inserts th e y run just shy of 159 grains

Those sound more like 160 grain Eskimos than the 135 grain Eskalites.
Hope they aren't that heavy.
They are not. Came in original paper packs
Good ? I sharpened a three pack but without weighing, so got out the old grain scale and did so. One was 145 and the other two 147. Kind of glad they have a little more weight than advertised. They are the 135 screw-ins.
