Ron... I have to say that the Shrew bow is everything and more that you say it is! There are other great bows out there but for me... A Shrew Is "A Hunters Bow"! I've held many and shot some. God willing I will own one soon.

Let me work on my better half... Cause I think you have the right idea, Shawn. The bow Larry has posted for sale should be 49# @ 26" draw. Just right for a little squirt like me!

Mike-

If I had your money, I'd burn mine.

So with that-
Like Shawn said, BUY THE BOW....
Like NIKE says,  JUST DO IT....

I dont think it would work out with a 30" draw.

Wondering about the 54" bow though.

Ron, ya wanna trade for a supermag48?, just kidding, that is a real nice bow and someone should snatch it up, it is discounted and you dont have the one year waiting period

Eric,

A 54" would work for your 30" draw.

Gregg theres gotta be some purty good finger pinch there, dont you think?

No finger pinch from what I was told.  They draw out to about 30.5-31" without any stacking or finger pinch.  Gregg or Ron could verify that for you though.

That is on the 54" bow (just wanted to add that to clarify)

Eric,

We have had some pretty long armed guys try out the 52", with no complaints.  I would not suggest it for regular use over 28" though.

I'm sure we'll have at least one at Kalamazoo to try out.

I have a 52" Classic Hunter.  I draw to 29.5" now...I know becasue my arrows are cut to 30" and my broadheads touch my finger before they go...I don't get any of this "finger pinch" you speak of...

Ron and Gregg are pretty sharp...it's all in the design.

Eric,

The line has remained pretty constant.

Same here Steve, back of the BH is touching my finger , 30" arrow. I'm quite familiar with Gregg and Ron's bows, just havent shot the Classic yet.

I should just payup and get in line, I'll have almost a year to decide Classic or SS.

James,  I think the bow is still available, PM Ron or JavaMan and let them know if you want it.

Pictures in Ron's add in the sponsors classified.

Red Bird and I have been hunting up at the farm but we're back now... for a few days anyway. For those that may have tried to call while we were gone, the bow is still available. James, I answered your email.

I didn't take it with me on the hunt...was afraid I might change my mind about selling it..     :D

Here's what Randy, the worlds largest Shrew dealer said about the first 52" Shrew Classic he got in.,

"Ron - as I said in my e-mail to Gregg , we really put the new 52" Shrew Classic (52LB. @ 28") to the test at last weeks Traditional Archery night.

We had 7 guys shoot the bow and they all not only loved it , but they couldn't believe how well they could shoot it. Their draw lengths ranged between 26" to an honest 29.5".

Some of the comments were "it draws so smooth" , "it's so comfortable in my hand", "wow is this quiet" "I can shoot this better than my bow" and the first comment from everyone that picked it up " holy cow is this light!".

We shot for over 3hrs. and I think I only got to shoot 10 arrows with it, somebody always wanted to try it again.

It has to be good. No such thing as a bad Shrew. Lets stop the SHrew threads though itts hunting season and I don't want to be thinking about ordering another bow right now. LOL
