Hey guys I've narrowed it down to the Great Northern kick back model for my newest recurve. It's a T/D model bow but I want to hear opinions on the quick connect T/D model verses the strap on model. What's your favorite attachment method and why?
Quick Detach by a long shot. It looks way better and is actually easier on and off the bow. I have 3 QD quivers, but none that are kickback models. Mine were all bought before the kickback models came out.
Bisch
Quick detach u can put it on and off in a matter of seconds. I love the kick back, have two of the originals too. But the kick back is nice plus i got the extended hood also which is nice for my big two blade heads.
Bisch x3! It's the best way to go.
One thing that's nice and unique about the quick detach quiver is you can slide it in real close to the riser. It makes the bow balance very nice and doesn't stick out..

Agree! You can have it in close to the riser and move it out so when it gets cold you can make room for thicker gloves. Being attatched to the riser over the limbs (which move or flex) makes for a lot more solid of a connection than a strap on too. Like others have said quick on and quick off.
