I would like to thank Mike from Maddog Bows for donating a lovely little long bow to my kiddo. I would also like to thank Bud B for contributing 4 perfect youth arrows and telling me how to build more, Mike G from Mikes Archery Leather for donating a very well made Armguard, and finally all the members of tgmm for their hard work. The back story to this is that I also acquired a second youth bow in a trade a pink riser, with white glass, flat bow. Having two bows now I asked a shooting buddy if maybe his daughter might like it. She apparently has wanted a "real bow" (unlike his training wheels ;) ) since seeing the movie brave. So we took them out shooting today and here they bow are each with a well made longbow and a big smile. The blonde is my buddy's daughter and the burnette is mine.

Keep an eye out tradgangers. TGMM posts a youth bow giveaway every month or so in the giveaway forum. Check that forum often to see when the next one is available.

Putting smiles on young archers' faces is what it's all about.

Great stuff, reminds me of when mine were young. Now all my grandkids are older than these young ladies. Thanks for the pics

Miss mine that age, but it only gets better. Mine shoot with me and whomever they bring to camp with them, good times.
