I am just about ready to send the payment for a new to me stalker coyote AL recurve it's the brown action wood with action wood stripe limbs. Its perfect weight and length. What do you think of these bows? Thanks for the input
Haven't shot the recurve but had a Stalker Coyote with longbow limbs and it was an awesome bow. I think you will be happy with it and the Coyote has a great grip.
I've never seen or
I've never seen or held a bow made if actionwood. Just wondering about that
I like actionwood because the laminations look great on a curved surface and make for a strong riser. I've seen one of South's actionwood risers and it was beautiful. Photo shows one of my actionwood bows (Heritage). I have plans to shoot a friends. I'm looking at them hard!!
Fast, silent, and looks great. This bow has one of my favorite grips and risers of any bow. It is an awesome bow, get it!

Great grip, and South was easy to work w/. Some details could've turned out better. I've seen other of South's work that didn't have any imperfections.
