We will have about 4 sets of our new limb at Denton Hill. This one is called Z4. It has foam cores with a woven carbon back and belly. This will be the first real look at it that folks will get. We have a few sets of them out to guys but there were a couple of changes since those limbs went out.
The Z4 limb is faster and even more stable than the carbon and foam Evolution limb. The Z4 also only gains 2 pounds per inch of draw so it is incredibly smooth as well. The torsional stiffness of this limb is incredible. Needless to say I'm pretty tickled with it.
Pictures to come.
Can't wait to see them!
I wont be at denton hill but I am looking forward to this. When bill gets to work great things happen.
From this picture you can see there is quite a lot of preload in these limbs once they are strung. It would not be possible to build this limb without utilizing these two different carbon lay ups in this design.

I'll be sure to stop by and try them out!! They look great!

At this point these limbs have not been converted to ILF.

The last time I had my chrono and shooting machine out. They were 7 fps faster than our carbon and foam Evolution limbs. That means they are shooting 197 with 10 grains per pound at 28". With silencers and a brass knock set. Set up ready to hunt.
I believe I shot a set of the test limbs in Kentucky. Those were really good, if Bill has improved on those I bet they are awesome!
Hi Bill
Are Ilf going to be available in the future?
:clapper:
This version is better than the ones you shot, Brad.
Lyonel, I will likely build these in ILF. First I have some other projects to get caught up before I can spend the time and money on that.
