Hello my Brothers & Sisters!!!
I just got a Bear Montana longbow for Tyler
I was wondering if anyone could help me with the brace height, and eliminate alot of string twisting/untwisting... (Not that it's not FUN to shoot lots of arrows,LOL!!!!!)
Thanks for the help!!!
Mine shoots best at 7 3/8"
I don't know the braced height yet but shot a Bear Montana for the first time today! Can't says how IMPRESSED I WAS, I must get one and will start shopping in morning and hope to have one for the weekend.
It's the first bow that just absolutely RIGHT for first time in my life!

I have had 2 of them, a 50# and a 55# both I ran between 7" and 7 1/2"........great bows.
Mine is 50# with 29" draw set at 7 3/4"
Mine is set at 7 3/4". It is 50# at 28". I draw close to 30". I do like the bow.
Tom
Mine is 45# and seems to like 7 3/4. Shoots very well. (looks better if you take the grip off)
Have a blast!!
7 3/4 for me to and I agree about taking the grip off 10 times better!!
Thanks for all the responses!!!!! :notworthy:
When I got it, the grip had been removed & replaced with a rubber "sure-grip"...
Tyler LOVES it!!!!! :archer:
