Thanks to all who commented re my Moses Lake bummer trip. It had me pretty depressed and I moped around for a bit. However, today I went out to the club range, which is a well traveled woods trail and I had no trouble (other than having to stop twice on the way up the big hill in the middle of the course, but that's been true for years!). Didn't bother the knee or ankle at all. Plus, I'm in the take it easy period of my shooting program so took a 25# Super K rather than the ILF with the new #27# limbs. They're more front loaded and faster but push my shoulder a bit yet. I'm shooting them every third day. That Super Kodiak is just a joy to shoot, smooth all the way back for me and I had one of my best rounds in years. So I'm good to keep hitting 3D's over here on the wet and woody side but I'll stay away from the lava beds.

Great report!
Dick,
we hope to see you at Cle Elum for the Rendezvous in August. It should be much easier walking there, although there will be some up and down...tho we hope not too difficult. Moses Lake is just difficult terrain. I've tumbled there and so has my wife.
Best to you.
Keep after it Captain!
