Just added a boat load of veneers to the "New Veneers" page on my site. 99% are spliced veneers.

Those boots/zombie wood veneers are stunning. Never heard of zombie wood..

Zombiewood is a slang name that a young fellow called it the day I bought the first piece of it. It's most commonly know as Ingrown Bark Oak. I ask why he called it that and he stated that the ingrown bark areas looked like the scabby holes in Zombies face in the movies.
So, now I refer to it a Zombiewood.
