Walt Francis, Bob Morgan, and I made the trip down to OJAM the weekend before last....what a blast. Hat's off to the Oklahoma Selfbow Society...they do bowbuilding instruction as well as anybody does, and they pass on this "fever" to a lot of folks for sure....
Check it out...don't forget I'm just started this video stuff....

Thanks for that, Mark. A very well done video! It was a pleasure meeting you and Walt, I wish we could have spent more time chatting. I'm also glad to see that your camera suffered no ill effects from recording my ugly mug (that's my girls and I talking with a vendor at 3:22). Lol.
Again, I'm glad y'all had a good time and I hope to meet up with you fellas again some time in the future.

Greeaat Video!
Great video, I saw my son in there standing around the fire with his bow slung over his shoulder.
:archer:
Well done Mark. One more item added to my to do list. Looks like it was quite an event. I would like to see more pics if someone cam put them up.
Great video thanks!!!
Very nice video, Mark. I love these kind of events and hope to make it to OJAM some day. I'll be at the Tenn. Classic in a few weeks and may be taking my first trip to MoJam this year.
Thanks for sharing this with us.
Very Nice!
You did a great job on that Mark, thank you. Looks like a good time for sure. Bow making interests me to no end, and if I keep hanging around here, you folks are gonna push me over the edge. Thanks again.
Bob
Really nice video and looks like a great time.
Thanks for sharing!

Nice video it captures OJAM very well. Sorry I didnt get to introduce myself I saw you carrying some staves back to your camp. Was going to let you know how much I have enjoyed the recent videos you have put out, and meet another tradganger with similar likes. But it was a great experence for my family.
Very well done...
Way to cool.........
Great job!
Thank You!!!
That was a very well done video! Doesn't do anything to dissuade me from my recent desire to whittle out an Osage self bow though. :nono:
Thanks guys....but it really is the guys that put on all the work that deserve the praise....glad that I could share some of it with you. There is so much going on there, that it is easy to get good footage, nearly everywhere you turn.
Man Mark your getting good at this movie thing. Great Job. Missed OJAM this year but always a great time.
Thanks Mark for posting the OJAM material. The film is very well done and has that spirit in its production that really makes you want to go and be a part of OJAM.
Unfortuntely, until last summer, I lived just four miles from it and was never able to attend. Have not been into selfbows but, after watching the film, and now semi retired, think OJAM will be on the "get-er-done" list when I go home. Looks like an adventure for sure
Nicely done!
