carbon express heritage 75's are close at .670.
Or, you could shift gears and go with woods. More options there.
I do love my carbons, but I have some 1716 alums that work well out of my 33# longbow. I got some 1412s that fly perfectly from my granddaughter's little 20# bow.
There might be a bit more flexibility to aluminum shafts.
CE Predator II's come in a 700 spine. The Nocking Point and Braveheart carry them.

gold tip warriors have a 700 spine.
My granddaughter shoots 1716s with 100 gr screw in points out of her 30# Sage. They shoot well and have plenty of zip.I made her Easton Blues which are easier on the pocketbook if she looses or breaks them.
Bearpaw has the Penthalon Slim Line series that ranges from 400 to 1600. Comes in black, timber and bamboo finish.
Big Jim has 700s also.
