Thanks for all who are participating.
My package will go out tomorrow but I am sure the "Ole Girl" had made it to some of you folks.
Here's the thread you can show off what you got and say you "Thank yous"/
God bless,Mudd
PS: I was treated to a special surprise from my friend "Macatawa". He and his son drove in from Michigan for the week end and we've had a blast but there will be a separate thread detailing the fun we had and my getting to meet Byron Ferguson.
Thanks for this Mudd... My first time participating in the white elephant. Sure hope I sent enough. The pm I got seemed as though the reciepent was happy. Thanks again!!!
Hopefully folks will post up some pictures of their treasures or even some oddities....lol
God bless,Mudd
Alright Mudd, here's what was waiting for me at the post office this morning. Mark "Mangonboat" you hit a home run with this one! Only problem is I wonder if your stalking me knowing exactly what to send. I'm pretty sure Wyatt will be down for Easter weekend and he is going to be one exited little boy! I'll have to keep him from shooting eggs around the yard. And to top it off the bow is the same age I am! I will put up more pictures of Wyatt and his new bow when I give it to him and just like the youthbow giveaway I will pass it on when he outgrows it. Thank You Mark, you couldn't have sent anything better. Dave

I'm having trouble getting pictures to load so at least hear is the links to my photobucket acct. Dave
Most fun I've ever had packing up a bow. I had a hunch you two would be woods-roving buddies.
Today from Steve Jr. a box full of stuff, a couple of videos, a hole bunch of broadheads, a book about Robin Hood that my grandson will love. Then the rubber finger things [no glove] that will be perfect for my grandsons longbow. Wool insoles from 2 Tracks and a couple of other neat books. Also some nocks and 2 rubber blunts. A SUPER WHITE ELEPHANT........ :notworthy: :notworthy:
It is my first time participating in the white elephant and definitely won't be my last. It puts a smile on my face to know you liked it Ron. It was fun just packing it up.
Big Thanks to Mudd for starting this
This is what was in the package Glenn sent me.
I will be able to use them all.
Thanks Glenn!

Thank you Nathan for a thoughtful gift...

Two gloves in excellent condition. The wife is getting her first bow soon and has laid claim to the "first rights to refusal on them" as she tests to see what she prefers. Also 6x 250gr Tusker Concorde broadheads that will be perfect for some pig sticking arrows. I typically shoot 250gr up front already, although all my arrows are right winged. I'll have to make up a set of left winged arrows and just keep them loaded with these left beveled Tuskers for pigs; golly I hate having reasons to get more arrows :jumper:
:clapper: :clapper: :clapper: to all so far!!

No don't feel that way at all. the white elephant is not about who gets the most expensive gift or anything like that
To bad postage is so dang high from the US to Norway... this looks like fun.
Thanks a bunch Tim Roberts. I got a super armguard, a small game point holder and a Feathers Through The Wind CD. That will be my new shooting jams when Im out on the patio letting arrows fly.
I just sent the pachyderm from northern to southern MI to deliver something to Bogeyrider63. Hopefully someone can send her to a warmer climate after that because she seemed a little annoyed at the snow up here.
She made it to my place today, a big Thanks to Tom. He sent me a fantastic arm guard and some broadheads.
All I can say is WOW! :notworthy: Thank you, Scott/magilla
I feel like a bit of a cheapskate. I hope that the gloves and Tuskers are useful.
I got a couple of dozen parabolic feathers, a bag of flu-flu feathers, several dozen fishing jigs and a new flashlight!!!
I really enjoyed this.
homebru

I screwed up and the 1st package I sent to the person above me and once the mistake was discovered I got right on it and sent another package to the correct member..lol

Pretty cool stuff!!! Thanks a bunch Hap!!
Man, you guys really get into this thing! I always thought of a "white elephant" as a junk exchange in disguise. This was my first year, and while I sent a couple things that I thought would be nice, I see I have been entirely outdone by the rest of y'all.
Kudos to you super givers! I got a great gift from "Shinken", and thought at first that I must have gotten the finest of them all... a knife, shirt, call lanyard, and elk tube and call! Wow! It was a great gift, and I greatly appreciated it!
Thanks again to Mudd for getting this started!
My guy is MIA so far. Is there proper etiquette to breach the issue?
I really did enjoy my part. That is what it is about anyway. Didn't realize how much fun I would have putting somethings together for a total stranger.
I got a great knife and a handy key ring from NittanyRider. Thanks, David. I'll definitely put them to good use.

Thank you Jake, aka Over and Under, for your package. Everything will be used and my son-in-law already eyeballed the leatherman, good young man so not whining. Appreciate your thoughfulness.
The "Ole girl" took her last (for this year) name at 1pm DST today.
She will continue traveling around making her deliveries.
After the last delivery is made I'll pen her up again until next year.
Everything is going super smooth and will hopefully continue this way.
If anyone doesn't get a package that signed up please let me know.
Thank you each and everyone of you who played.
God bless,Mudd

I came home late from the office tonight but I forgot all about work when I saw a package from Garret "GDPolk"! Inside was a set of fingers identical to the ones I shoot with every day, a 4-color earth-tone 62"string already fixed up with cat whiskers, a Mossy Oak mesh ball cap, a half-dozen Razorheads with new bleeder blades , a camo gear bag that will fit over a hip quiver and the latest issue of Traditional Bowhunter magazine! If I cant nail a gobbler this spring, it wont be for lack of hunting gear from Garrett! :archer:
Thanks Elkchaser.
Got a package full of goodies---Broadheads, Superstringer, two piece bow quiver, Simpson Strong-Tie camo cap, and Neet bowguard.
