I've read about it now how about some pics of it in action. Thanks
I really like mine but sorry no pics.
 you got me there!
Bucky,
I like mine a lot. I use it when I want to be more mobile. Couldn't spend all day sitting on it, but a couple of hours is not a problem. Very, very easy to shoot from.
Please excuse my finger in the pic...LOL

What I like is you can sit behind giant trees.
I the idea a lot. I just wish they made a shorter model. Current USA a Torges Seat and like to set up lower to the ground.
PeteA...so set it lower to the ground. I have set it so low, I couldn't stand up from it without rolling out of it. They are very versatile.

Hey Jim, when you set it low does it change the angle of the seat?
It does slightly. I did modify the seat a little myself. I changed the plywood out for a thicker piece and added some padding.
See, I'm 300lbs but have no padding in the rear end. So that's a lot of pressure back there :)
I didn't change the angle any as I would normally sit up higher. When the need arrives to sit a little lower, I just do that and the seat isn't bad in that position. Modification is very easy.
I have been trying seats/chairs for years and found that most will work in a lot of situations, but few or none work in all. Having the correct seat for the right job means having an arsenal of choices.
If you can't be comfortable, you won't sit still and then you wont' see anything.

How long is this seat?
Well, I'll post some pics when mine gets here. I just placed an order for one!
I love mine! Rock solid, and you can lean against the tree.
Big Jim has a video on his website that would answer all your questions.
I made my own, for the most part its just like the Hunter Seat except bigger tubes and seat. Only draw back is its heavier. I'll probably 1 from Big Jim next tho.

I was going to try building one but I'm all thumbs and not too creative so Big Jim's was much less stressful!
just buy one, I love mine I added a little more foam, it is very handy also added a shoulder strap very simple
Jim, will you have any of these seats at Ky TradFest?
I made a couple myself. Had the material on hand or it wouldn't pay to build it your self. anyway, they are very versital seats. Just lean it against a tree and sit down. Couldn't be simpler. You can lean it against a fence post. Or round hay bail. Even lean it against your truck tire for a quick sit.
I made one. I got to use it a little bit last year and really liked it.
Make vs. buy...I had the materials, tools and more time than money so I made it.
All in all, it took me a few hours (don't know exactly) so, for what they cost, you don't really save anything if you're time is worth anything.
But, it's almost always that way when it comes to making stuff.
I won't have any at the Ky shoot. We have been doing drop ships as of late.
I hope to have some of the millennium tree seats for that shoot though. Very nice and comfortable, but lends to a different situation.

I have been wanting on of these, I hope to actually buy one this year.
Jim, I have a millennium seat--just like the looks of yours a lot.
I want to use it more for still hunting then a actual ground blind seat. 15 maybe 20 minutes then move on.im still a treestand hunter 95% of the time. This would be a scouting /hunting seat.
I use mine all the time. They are great for quick impulse sits when you just happen to find yourself in a good spot with no time to prep.

Just ordered one. I want to hunt some spots this year you can't get a treestand in.
Got the seat and tried it out. This seat will change the way I hunt. I will be hunting some woodlots I couldn't get my treestand in.My goal is to be more mobile and hunt more from the ground this year. It's May but I'm already excited.
Bucky, I knew you would like it.
Good luck!
Yep - love these seats. Here was my setup last fall. About 10 yards off of a trail that looked like a Deer Highway.

Here is what I saw on that mud trail that had me sit in that spot.

After sitting there for two hours, had a buck start to come towards me on the other side of the thicket. I grunted, he stopped, winded me and then snort-wheezed and ran off! It was and exciting encounter on the ground! I'll be back at this spot next season for sure. I love this seat!
I tried mine up against some stone walls. I also tried it on a root ball of a big blowdown. It's great looking for all these hiding spots, like a kid!
Bought mine couple years ago. Added a foam cushion and I can sit still for hours. Sorry no pics.
sure like mine, even better with a little extra foam.
Looks like this is going to be my birthday present! Thanks for posting! I'll be placing another order soon Jim!
Just put my order in. That is going to work great this fall!
